40th anniversary concert information

WHere and when

Rehearsal for all those who are able: 6th March 6.30-8pm Farnham Maltings

Concert day: 9th March, Holy Trinity, Sloane Square. Please bring a black music folder, if you have one.

Call time: 12.45pm for a 1pm rehearsal start at St Gabriel’s Church, SW1V 4QF. Bring packed lunch or organise to eat together locally. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, but please bring your own travel mug (with lid) as we will not be able to provide mugs.

N.B. Sloane Square tube station is closed this weekend, so please leave enough time to take an alternative route.

2pm-3pm Alumni break & time to socialise.

3pm Rehearsal resumes.

3.45pm Alumni to change into concert uniform at St Gabriel’s Church.

4pm Alumni Team walk to Holy Trinity Church. On arrival, Alumni can leave belongings in the area behind the screen to the right of the stage (as you face it). There will be rehearsal and photography after your arrival at Holy Trinity.

7pm Concert.

Repertoire: Going Up a Yonder, The Water of Tyne, The Lord Bless You and Keep You (Rutter), Jerusalem (arr. D V-S) Most of the pieces have been put in a folder here with one more to follow soon.

uniform

Please wear all black and as far as possible, floor length (either trousers or skirt/dress) with sleeves to at least the elbow (longer is also fine). And you all know that you should polish your shoes!
