FYC Training Choir is a singing group for girls and boys in school years 2 - 4, mainly from the area around Farnham and is conducted by Claire Robins.

The Training Choir is open to all children in this age group and there is no audition. The choir aims to encourage musical development for the future whether in choral singing or playing an instrument. The ambience is relaxed with the emphasis on enjoyment. A valuable stepping stone to our Junior Choir.

The group makes a much appreciated contribution to the annual Summer and Christmas Concerts.

From January 2023, our Training Choir rehearsals will take place at the Farnham Maltings on Wednesdays during term time from 5.15pm - 6.15pm. Free Open Rehearsals are usually held at the beginning of each school term.
